Terms and conditions
IB executive GmbH will receive bookings (subject to availability) for INTERBOURSE by receipt of a completed Order/Registration form accompanied by full payment details via the submission of an online booking at

Upon IB executive GmbH‘s written communication to you of its acceptance of your booking for a place at INTERBOURSE there shall be a legally binding contract between IB executive GmbH and you to which these terms apply.

The fee will include (for conference delegates) one place at the conference. The Fee does not include travel to or from the Event or any accommodation costs incurred. If payment is not made at the time of booking, your registration will be provisional and confirmation will only be sent when payment has been received in full. You acknowledge that IB executive GmbH cannot guarantee places held on a provisional basis and that places may sell out. The registration fee will increase to CHF 700 after 20 December 2019.

Cancellations and Postponements
All attendee cancellations must be submitted in writing to IB executive GmbH at

Cancellation charges shall be applicable as follows:

Written notice received by us:
Between 30-16 days prior to the first day of the Event – 50% of Fee to be charged Between 15 days and 6 days prior to the first day of the Event – 75% of Fee to be charged 5 day prior to the first day of the Event – 100% of Fee to be charged Ski-pass costs will be refunded in full until 1 day prior to the first day of the Event. After the first day no refund will be granted.
You agree that these charges represent a genuine pre-estimate of the costs IB executive GmbH will incur as a result of cancellation.
Refunds may take up to 30 working days. Note: Same policy applies to accidental and/or duplicate registrations.
A substitute delegate may be sent in your place if you cannot attend for any reason and these details can be updated by emailing IB executive GmbH at

The event organizer is not responsible for any bodily or material damage (including theft) sustained by participants during the congress, which is not directly the fault of the host. Each participant is responsible for his/her own insurance in such events.

Privacy and personal data
You expressly acknowledge that the Organiser will store all personal data provided by the Participant in a database. By entering into the Agreement, the Participant grants permission to the Organiser to use the personal data for the provision of information to the Participant as well as the provision of the personal data to the Organiser and its partners („Sponsors“) for the purpose of sending information to the Participant.
